Fetish Wines
from winemaker Rolf Binder
Barossa Valley, South Australia

Fetish Wines

The skill of blending various Shiraz parcels from within a region is highlighted in this wine. The old adage of the total being greater than the sum of the parts is true for this wine. Rich, round and easy to drink, this is an enjoyable wine.
--Famed winemaker Rolf Binder, maker of Fetish Wines' The Watcher

The Watcher Shiraz is a classic, opulent Barossa Shiraz with fine lingering tannins aged in older barrels.

Introducing 2 new wines from
Bodega Del Fin Del Mundo
Neuquén, Patagonia

Winery at the end of the earth…

Famed French flying winemaker Michel Rolland’s latest project in Argentina

Bodega Del Fin de Mundo is a modern winery started in 1999, in an arid desert of the newest emerging region in Argentina. They offer a range of craft and reserve wines, as well as their popular red and white blended table wines. SouthernMost Red is made from Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon while SoutherMost White is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.

Utilizing 850 h. of virtually organic vinifera plantings in the province of Neuquén, immediately south of Mendoza in the region of Patagonia, Bodega Del Fin Del Mundo is creating fresh, vibrant wines utilizing traditional and European varietals. Wide diurnal temperature variations of up to 20°C allow for hot days and cool nights, resulting in ripe fruit with good colour and acidity. Manual harvesting in max. 20 kg. baskets keep fruit free of excessive oxidation and in good condition for the press.

Temperature controlled fermentation, judicious use of French and American oak, and master blending is responsible for producing well balanced, flavourful wines to be enjoyed in their youth.
